Huenioides A. Milne-Edwards, 1865

Xenocarcinus is a genus of spider crabs in the household Epialtidae. [3] Xenocarcinus conicus and Xenocarcinus tuberculatus crabs had been found in Mu Koh Tao, western Gulf of Thailand, related to gorgonians and wire coral, respectively. [4] [2] They inhabit delicate corals at subtidal zones as much as 70 meters in depth in the Indo-West Pacific area, being present in Réunion, Aldabra, the Pink Sea, the Persian Gulf, Sri Lanka, the Indo-Malayan Archipelago and Japan.
