Ko Nom Sao is a geographical characteristic consisting of two small islands of comparable look located close to one another. One among them, Ko Nom Sao Yai (เกาะนมสาวใหญ่), is barely larger than the opposite, however from certain angles the silhouette of these islands looks like a pair of roughly an identical lady’s breasts.[3]

These islands are also called Ko Okay Meri.
