Vancouver Tool Library (VTL) is Canada’s original tool lending library system based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.[1]

Instrument libraries loan specialized instruments for each skilled and inexperienced group members who’re inquisitive about home restore, maintenance, constructing projects, group projects, gardening and landscaping.[2]

History

In 2011, the VTL was established.[5] The first department was arrange in 2011 at 3448 Industrial Street, Vancouver, BC.[6]

Governance

The VTL is governed by a Board composed of seven citizen members who’re responsible for the strategic planning, financial stability, and oversight of staff and volunteers. The Instrument Committee and New Space Committee are used on each a brief and permanent foundation to satisfy necessities of the organization.

Collections
