Nothing was too much to ask for. The ladies cooked the most fabulous food. They even had a bike for my grandson to ride. The rooms were very private. Kept the house spotless. Huge each with it’s own ensuite. The pool area was great. The beach was a few mins by tuk tuk and very spectacular. I would recommend the house to any group or family who want an enjoyable holiday. We spent a lot of time out there. This is a great option for large families. The overall food bill for 10days was probably equivalent to two dinners at a restaurant for all of us! Much more economical than three rooms at a hotel. We can only say that the apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is an incredibly large, airy and tastefully decorated apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We were six adults who lived there.

With a light and modern feeling inside the property includes 6 ocean view bedrooms with the potential to be expanded. There are three ensuites, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the 6th bedroom (now used as the media room, has a bathroom design which will be fitted to a buyers taste on transfer if required). The master bedroom suite has its own outdoor sea view jacuzzi and a second outdoor bath and each bedroom has its own terrace space. The living room has 6m high vaulted golden teak line ceilings. All around floor to ceiling high quality bi-fold anodised aluminium doors. The second, lower living area great for entertaining with a large open plan ocean view, kitchen and dining room, in addition to plenty of area surrounding the 15m infinity edge swimming pool and an outdoor barbecue and dining area large enough for 20 person seating. Thus the whole area and front of the villa also can be opened up to the fresh air and allow direct terrace access. These include a second full western kitchen, staff bedrooms and common area, large laundry. It has its own one million litre water storage facility and two generators. The entire staff quarters access the main villa levels through their own private doorways, keeping guest privacy to a maximum. There is a dedicated management office from which villas and the estate are maintained and rentals can be arranged. It is a modern, functional and well maintained villa which is ready to move in immediately but also has the potential to enlarge with an additional two bedrooms if required.
